"Packet" describes all the things to put into a large envelope and give to the alumnae (women) who are writing your References. Some of the same components should be offered to an alum (woman) who is writing a Letter of Support for you; she will tell you what she needs.(See Frequently Asked Questions About References)

Also, depending on the registration requirements, you could need to provide some of this to the university Panhellenic. The registration form from the university will indicate what you need to send when you register with the university Panhellenic. Don't be confused if the university also uses the term "packet."
