When will I get my order?
We recommend allowing 3 - 4 weeks on average to receive your order. During
certain peak periods allow additional time. We ship orders Tuesday through
Friday. If an item says Fast Ship, also noted by the bright Green Truck, in the
description this means we try to keep the item in stock to fill individual
orders for immediate delivery. You can use the SEARCH above to type in the
keyword: FAST SHIP and look for items in this category. If you need it by a
specific date, act like you are placing an order through the website, then cut
and paste it into an email to us. We can let you know how quickly your order
will arrive before you actually place it. You should also cut and paste your
order if you need a Rush delivery with RUSH in the memo line then contact us
via phone, 1-866-JOE-TOGA, with your credit card number. At our discretion, if
your order is large we may break the shipment up to get you the items we have
in stock. You will not be charged additional shipping for the second shipment.
If the order was placed through the site we send email notification that your
package has shipped along with the UPS tracking number.
We ship from Houston Texas, located in the Yellow area, on the
UPS map below. The chart on the right shows the approximate number of
shipping days it takes to receive your package via ground transportation from
Houston to the matching color area of your location.
If you are in the 4 or 5 day range, then we automatically send it 3 day select
at no additional charge.
NOTE - These are days from when the order ships. Not days from when the order
was placed.
We use UPS Online tools to calculate shipping for your order based on the
weight of each item that you purchase. Every item on our site weighed for
accuracy on a UPS recommended Fairbanks scale. We include a small handling fee
in the shipping of each order to cover the cost of packaging and any additional
insurance. If you need a Rush order see "When will I get my order?".
We accept credit cards and debit cards with the logos of the following Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club. We use a secure
server that is safe through Cardservice/Linkpoint API. If you would like to pay
by check or money order act like you are placing the order on the site then cut
and paste it into an email titled Pay by Check or Money Order. We will send you
a response email verifying the amount to send.

is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
We do not accept returns. There are descriptions with each of the
items along with measurements to help insure accuracy in ordering. If you have
any questions before placing your order please email
info@joetoga.com. Please read over and double check your order
carefully before you submit it. You will receive a confirmation email upon
placing your order that will be from Hair Spa our parent company. Please check
your order carefully against the packing list enclosed once you receive it. If
you should notice any mistakes that we made on our part or damage to your order
please contact us within 5 business days at sales@joetoga.com
with your order number and the mistake or a description of the damage. Should
your order arrived damaged please keep all packing, the box and broken items so
that we can contact UPS for reimbursement and replace your order.
