Shipping and Return Policy
PLEASE NOTE: We use UPS to ship our packages.
UPS DOES NOT DELIVER TO POST OFFICE BOXES;
THEY WILL ONLY DELIVER TO A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
If you have a school mailbox check with your postal center before ordering because some will accept UPS deliveries.
When will I get my order?
Average Time: We recommend allowing 3 - 4 weeks on average to receive your order. During certain peak periods allow additional time such the Holidays. We ship orders UPS Tuesday through Friday.
Specific Date/Rush Delivery: If you need items quickly because your local Greek store is out, you waited until the last minute (like most of us do), or you just have to have it now then use Specific Date or Rush Delivery, act like you are placing an order through the website, then take Your Shopping Bag all the way to Step 2: Shipping and Payment options where the Shipping shows. Then cut and paste it into an email with Specific Date/Rush Delivery in the memo line to us at email@example.com . Include your full name, shipping address, zip code and phone number with the best times to reach you. We can let you know the availability and when it will arrive before you actually place it or if you will need UPS Overnight, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select for an additional fee and take your credit card number over the phone. Please do not place your order until we respond to your availability check because we do not have returns or cancellations. If you have not received a call or email from us by 1 PM CST during our business days then please call us at 1-832-638-9612.
UPS MAP: When your order has shipped we send you an email notification that your package has shipped along with the UPS tracking number. We ship from Houston Texas, located in the Yellow area, on the UPS map below. The chart on the right shows the approximate number of shipping days it takes to receive your package via ground transportation from Houston to the matching color area of your location.
Shipping Locations: We ship to the continental 48 states.
NOTE - These are days from when the order ships. Not days from when the order was placed.
UPS: We use UPS Online tools to calculate shipping for your order based on the weight of each item that you purchase. Every item on our site weighed for accuracy on a UPS recommended Fairbanks scale and insured via UPS. We include a small handling fee in the shipping of each order to cover the cost of packaging and any additional insurance. If you need a Rush order see "When will I get my order?" above.
SHIPPING HINT: If you add light weight items such as pens, pencils, stickers, pins, and drops/charms to your order, it usually changes the shipping price very little and a lot of times not at all. For example it costs the same to ship 1 drop/lavaliere as it does to ship 100. The weight of each item is located in the description.
Placing Your Order: There are descriptions with each of the items along with measurements to help insure accuracy in ordering. If you have any questions before placing your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-832-638-9612. Please read over and double check your order carefully before submitting it because we are only able to accept returns on damaged or obviously defective merchandise or mistakes on our part. You will receive an email with a copy of your order from email@example.com . Please retain this for your records. All orders placed are subject to final approval by joeToga to insure compliance with its internal decorum standards.
Once You Placed Your Order - Need To Add An Item Or Made A Mistake: If you should find that you need to add something to your order or made a mistake please contact us immediately and we will try to catch it before it ships. Contact the Joe Toga Staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-832-638-9612. The joeToga Store is open from Tuesday - Saturday from 9am to 5pm C.S.T. If your order has shipped or an item has been custom or special ordered for you that we normally do stock then our non-return policy is in effect.
Your Credit Card Bill and Returned Packages: If you do not pay your credit card bill personally please inform the person paying that you made a purchase from joeToga.com so no confusion will arise and a chargeback fee will be avoided. For a Credit Card chargeback or Returned Checks a $35.00 fee will be will apply for either of the following. The Credit Card chargeback fee will be charged to the credit card that you used. Should your package be returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address on the order, we will contact you to get the correct one and there will be a reshipping fee charged to your card.
Receiving Your Order: Please check your order carefully against the packing list enclosed once you receive it. If you should notice any mistakes that we made on our part or damage to your order please contact us within 5 business days at email@example.com with your order number and the mistake or a description of the damage. Should your order arrived damaged please keep all packing, the box and broken items so that we can contact UPS for reimbursement and replace your order.
